- Leg Drainage:
Medial track = More (goes all the way to Superficial Inguinal).
Lateral track = Less/Limp (stops at Popliteal first). - Para-aortic:
Drains the "P" organs: Pair of testes/ovaries, Pair of kidneys. - Sister Mary Joseph Node: Periumbilical node, often sign of gastric cancer.
